CTB ini adalah teknologi di mana chassis dibina dari awal untuk menjadikan bateri sebagai chassis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambil contoh Ford PUMA EV yang baru dilancarkan, chassis asal dia dari model ICE tapi diubahsuai untuk dijadikan EV. Tapi, CTB ini dibina memang khas untuk EV sahaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasilnya, chassis akan menerima nilai torsional rigidity yang tinggi, ssbabnya bateri agak berat, dan perlukan chassis yang kukuh untuk melindungi bateri tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proton e.
