Tengok gambar tu, semua part tu ada peranan, dan semua boleh buat masalah kalau tak jaga betul-betul. Berikut contoh masalah yang <a><\/a>mungkin timbul akibat kerosakan parts tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blok enjin ni kalau dah panas melampau, boleh retak atau herot. Lepas tu air mula bocor, ekzos keluar asap putih, kadang minyak jadi macam susu. Korang tak perasan, tapi suhu enjin makin naik gila-gila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalau silinder liner dalam blok mula haus, enjin akan bunyi kasar, minyak asyik kurang. Ekzos keluar asap kebiruan, lepas tu bawak rasa semput.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thread bolt kat blok kalau dah haus, part atas takkan rapat elok. Tekanan lari, air atau minyak mula keluar kat celah-celah. Nampak remeh, tapi tu punca banyak problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head enjin pun sama. Bila head retak atau bengkok, korang akan nampak simptom lebih kurang macam asap putih, suhu naik, minyak dan air campur. Idle enjin pun jadi lari2 semacam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valve seat dengan guide pun boleh haus. Bila tu jadi, minyak akan masuk ruang yang tak patut. Enjin jadi lemah, keluar asap biru, bunyi macam ada benda longgar kat dalam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalau salur minyak dalam head tersumbat, minyak susah nak naik atas. Mula la bunyi ketuk halus-halus kat bahagian atas enjin. Kalau dibiarkan, habis la semua cepat haus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pam air bocor ni senang nampak. Korang parking je, bawah kereta ada air warna pelik. Warna pink, hijau, oren, ikut coolant apa korang guna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalau bearing dalam pam dah longgar, bunyi akan keluar dari depan enjin. Lagi tekan minyak, lagi kuat bunyi nyaring tu. Tak repair cepat, nanti suhu terus naik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bila pam air tak pusing elok2, air dalam sistem tak berjalan. Enjin pun cepat overheat. Kadang korang nampak stim keluar dari bonet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pulley pam air pun boleh longgar. Bila longgar, dia goyang, lepas tu boleh cabut belt. Enjin terus hilang kuasa, pastu semua benda tak gerak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gasket pam air bocor, biasanya air keluar sikit-sikit. Korang mungkin tak perasan awal-awal. Tapi bila isi air banyak kali baru sedar ada yang tak kena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Timing cover pun boleh buat hal. Kalau gasket bocor, minyak keluar tepi depan enjin. Kadang korang nampak ada kesan hitam pekat kat bawah atau tepi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada sesetengah timing cover ada laluan air. Kalau bahagian tu bocor, air coolant pun boleh keluar. Nampak macam masalah kecik, tapi makin lama makin teruk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crankshaft seal bocor, biasa nampak minyak meleleh dari pulley depan. Korang letak kereta, bawah tu ada kesan tompok besar. Minyak pun cepat kurang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pam minyak pun tak boleh buat main. Bila pressure rendah, lampu tekanan minyak terus menyala. Jangan tunggu, terus berhenti. Kalau terus jalan, boleh jadi masalah besar nanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak cukup minyak juga boleh buat enjin jadi panas. Memang nampak tak berkait, tapi bila bahagian dalam bergesel kuat, suhu pun naik perlahan-lahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oil pan bocor ni senang kesan. Biasanya minyak menitik dari bawah enjin. Sama ada pan kemek, gasket longgar atau plug tak ketat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalau pan kemek, isi minyak banyak mana pun tak cukup. Kadang pickup pun tak boleh sedut elok-elok. Enjin terus tak cukup pelinciran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gasket bawah oil pan pun sama. Bila getah dah keras, minyak mula keluar ikut celah-celah. Mula-mula sikit je, lama-lama jadi genang bawah kereta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalau gasket plug bocor, minyak keluar terus dari skru buang. Biasanya lepas servis kalau pomen lupa tukar gasket baru, confirm jadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oil cooler pun boleh buat hal. Kalau seal dalam pecah, minyak campur dengan air. Korang buka penutup radiator, nampak buih macam teh tarik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kadang minyak boleh keluar ikut cooler tu juga. Luar nampak ok, tapi bila start je, minyak meleleh kat bawah enjin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cooler tersumbat pun boleh jadi punca suhu naik.
